Today, we revealed the Mashup Wall adjacent to our main café. With an avatar representing each Findawayer on their own magnetic pod, the opportunities for creative expression are endless. The Mashup will serve as a physical space for all Findawayers to express themselves however they see fit–we’re looking forward to seeing it in use!

It was a gorgeous day in Solon, Ohio…so, the brainstorm crew headed outside.  We think we did some of our best work seated on our orange Playaway picnic tables (if we do say so ourselves!). Here’s to many more sunny, creative days in all of our futures.

Findawayerfest has always been about Findawayers coming together as a team. Team-building games (errr…we mean “exercises”), an amazing speaker, and a fantastic excuse to focus on our culture = one phenomenal day.  We were proud to showcase our Findawayer spirit in downtown Cleveland, and are already looking forward to next year’s! What will be in store for Findawayerfest 5? Nobody knows…

Findaway World turned seven years old today! On June 15, 2004, 5 native Clevelanders created our Core Values, launched our first product, and became our first Findawayers. Our Findawayer family has grown, and our success has skyrocketed; yet, our values remain the same. And although “Ice Cream Sundaes” is not one of our seven Core Values, “Exceeding Expectations” is. Believe us…these birthday sundaes (complete with a table full of toppings!) definitely surpassed our wildest dreams.  Here’s to many more happy and healthy years.
